I love the simplicity and wisdom of the happiness quote above. Love and happiness… Love and happiness seem to go hand in hand for many people. Love lightens up our faces in a way never expected. When you are in love, somehow, all of a sudden, no mountain is too high and happiness is easily achieved.

Many people would argue that love is the recipe for happiness. Of course, there are others that would argue that health or money is the way to happiness. But I don’t entirely agree with these last ones. Yes, wealth is good, but it doesn’t bring happiness. Health is good too, but it doesn’t have much to do with happiness either. Dan Gilbert says that one year after winning the lottery or losing a leg, people were equally happy.

Love and happiness have numerous benefits on people’s health. When you feel happiness and love, this results in the creation of healthy cells, healthy organs and healthy bodies. Cells regenerate every moment and happy thoughtsregenerate healthy cells. Love by far, is the greatest medicine on our planet.
Love and happiness go hand in hand. We need to feel loved and secure in order to be happy. We also need to love back or the balance is disturbed. Researchers showed that it is the quality, not the quantity of our relations that brings us on the path to happiness. Also married people tend to be happier than single ones. Happiness does not depend on our nationality, sex, age or possessions. Happiness is love related. True acts of love can lead to lasting happiness in our lives.

Human beings are social animals and we base our happiness on the quality of the relations we manage to establish and maintain. Maybe not all the relations we have are love based as you might understand love, but love is not a basic feeling. Love is a secondary feeling made out of passion, commitment and intimacy in various proportions. And that’s the reason why we cannot love twice the same.
For many people establishing good and loving relations with others might be a problem. Though there are lots of books and magazine articles that pretend to sell you love and friendship recipes, the truth is that happiness has no universal recipe. Some tips might work for some people, some for others, some in one situation but not in another. Also, it is always good to remember that in a relationship implies two people. There just isn’t such a thing as a one person relationship. Though happiness comes from within sometimes our happiness seems to depend on other people’s love and acceptance. One thing to keep in mind is that it is most likely that being loved by somebody does have as much to do with you as it has to do with the other person. Finding our own happiness sources has to do only with our own person.

Love is EVERYTHING. It is how we are made, what we are made from and what we came back on this planet to experience. Love is infinite. Our souls are on this earth to experience as many aspects of love in a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual way possible. Yet for many, there is a sense that this element is foreign, unattainable and somehow escapes them.


Let’s start from the very beginning. In order to understand love, perhaps we first need to change our perspective of it. Love by its very make-up is not something that you do, but something that you are. It is what you are made of.

So stop working so hard to FIND love – and open your mind to the fact that you ARE love. When you allow the natural state of love to permeate your being, you will not only manifest love in all of it’s forms into your own life, but you will reflect that love out to the people around you – creating the beautiful healing ripple effect that our world needs so badly.

Here’s how you can tune into the frequency of love.

Let your soul be your guide!

Because love is your natural state, let your intuition bring you to that place. The more you listen to your soul-voice, the more you will be able to access the frequency that allows love to flow.

If the noise and business of daily life is drowning out your inner voice, take time to ground yourself – make it a priority! Whenever I feel like I’m too caught up in earthly things, I remind myself of the old Zen saying: “You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day. Unless you’re too busy; then you should sit for an hour.” So go outside for a while and sit under a tree, or take a few minutes to meditate each day – setting the intention of “being love” all day, every day.

Replace lower level vibrations with love, compassion and forgiveness (do this- not that).

I was browsing in a bookstore when I spotted a funny little diet book. It had pictures of high calorie unhealthy foods, and suggestions for healthier, lower calorie alternatives – with the suggestion on each page that you “eat this, not that.” I thought it was such a simple but clever idea, and immediately began to imagine the spiritual equivalent.

Negative emotions keep us from our true path – so here are some higher consciousness substitutions for some very human emotions:

Be grateful, not envious. When you’re feeling envious of what someone else has, replace that jealousy with gratitude for the good things in your life.

Be compassionate, not unforgiving. If you’re harboring a grudge – just let it go. Holding onto anger and negative thoughts about another person blocks the flow on love in YOUR life.

Be loving, not fearful. Focus on the good in the world, not the negative. If this feels challenging, take the first step yourself and perform an act of kindness for someone else – let the ripple effect start with you.
As human beings, we all crave love. If love eludes you, stop trying so hard. The love force is all around you, let it in, and you’ll attract all of the love that you want in your life. The Beatles summed it up when they said, “Love is all you need.” And to help spread the love vibration, James channeled his master guides and they brought through these activation cards to bring love into all areas of your life. What is Sacred Union with Another Person

A sacred relationship is a relationship in which we are inspired to see the Divine in another person. To experience Oneness through the union of two.
We become ready for this sacred relationship at a very particular time in our lives – a time when we awaken to the sacredness within ourselves.
When you come to realize that you’re not just a body – that you are, in fact, the essence of love and truth – a deep desire to know yourself as love (and to experience this sacred love in relationships), comes forth.
And so, the desire for a sacred relationship is born.
Below are four truths about a sacred relationship that will guide you to union we’re all seeking. These truths will point you back to who you really are… back to the essence of sacredness itself.

1. A SACRED RELATIONSHIP IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK IT IS.

Sacredness is not a concept, which means it has very little to do with the analytical mind. In fact, when the mind tries to “understand” sacredness (or God, the Universe, the Infinite), it’s likely to short-circuit a little.
That’s because the mind operates in duality – from the perception of separation. Sacredness, on the other hand, exists beyond separation. Beyond the mind… beyond rational thinking.

SACREDNESS IS FELT EXPERIENCE.

It’s a knowing deep within; a knowing of who you really are.
All concepts about sacred relationships are just that: concepts. The mind loves to categorize and define what a good, divine, spiritual connection looks and feels like, but this is just duality in action (saying this is good, this is bad). It misses the whole point.
If a sacred relationship is anything, it’s everything! It doesn’t look a certain way – it looks like what’s showing up in front of you right now! It doesn’t get more sacred than that!
Nothing will take the sacredness out of a relationship faster than definitions and concepts. They literally drop you into the ego-mind, blinding you from the divinity of the present moment. Sacredness can only be found when we step out of our minds, and into the now.

2. A SACRED RELATIONSHIP IS NOT ALWAYS WHAT YOU WANT. 

We can sometimes confuse “spiritual” or “sacred” to mean: “exactly what I want.” It’s understandable why we do this. Of course we want it to be “exactly what I want!” But that’s not what sacredness is…

SACREDNESS IS THE EXPERIENCE OF NO DIVISION.

No resistance to what is.

No tension.

Full acceptance.
The peace that surpasses all understanding comes when we stop fighting against what is. In a sacred relationship “being with what is” is something you get to practice. A lot.
This means dropping your resistance to whatever comes up in your relationship. You don’t have to like it and you don’t have to be on-board with it. But if you truly understand sacredness, you know that nothing can appear in your reality without you inviting it in. Sacredness arises when you get curious about the patterns, energies, emotions, thoughts, and experiences that show up when you bond to another person. This leads you to understanding yourself in a deeper way.
Remember that sacredness in a relationship does come from it feeling good. It’s comes from the fact that a relationship is a reflection of you.

3. A SACRED RELATIONSHIP REFLECTS YOUR OWN EMBODIMENT OF SACREDNESS.

We see sacredness when we’re embodying sacredness. We see wholeness, love, fulfillment, and completion when we’re embodying these qualities ourselves. And we see separation (limitation, competition, and contempt) when we’re embodying separation.

YOU SEE THROUGH THE EYES OF WHAT YOU ARE.

The more committed you are to sustaining your inner-connection to sacredness, the more you’ll attract and create sacredness in your relationships. As your love grows, so will the love that appears in your life. It’s a very simple equation.
People who are looking for a sacred relationship but “can’t find one,” automatically are looking through the eyes of separation. If you’re not experiencing sacredness, connection, or fulfillment in your life, the place to look is not in another person; it’s within yourself.
Once you realize that sacredness, first and foremost, is within you, that’s when deep, loving relationships start to come in. By living from the sacredness that you are, it becomes easy to see that everything is a perfect reflection of you.

4. ALL RELATIONSHIPS ARE SACRED.

Ok, we’ve all heard this spiritual talk before – all relationships are sacred. But like I said in the first point, this isn’t a concept or theory. It’s a truth we can understand using our deeper knowing. Here’s what it means:

EVERYTHING IN EXISTENCE IS AN EXPRESSION – A DANCE, A MOVEMENT – OF LIFE ITSELF.

This is the same thing as saying, everything is an expression of Source (of God, of Spirit). We all come from the same Source of energy.
This Source – or us – happens to express itself in a lot of different ways. All ways, in fact.
Happy, sad. Honest, dishonest. Connected, distant. Present, checked-out. All are expressions of the same Source, each doing it’s own unique dance. A mistake we can make when it comes to sacredness to is to think it only feels good. But this isn’t the case.
Yes, some expressions of Source are more conscious than others; some are more aware, loving, and caring. But that doesn’t make them more sacred.

SACREDNESS IS ALL.

Because of this, there could never be a relationship that isn’t sacred. Or one that’s a mistake. Or one that shouldn’t have happened.
They’re all sacred. They’re all a reflection of you.
A relationship is a unique opportunity to see yourself through a person you love. If you can appreciate and accept this relationship for exactly what it is – glorious, dynamic, challenging, beautiful, exalted, wounded, and oh-so human – then swept away by the unbelievable nature of a sacred relationship is exactly where you’ll be.

Sacred Love Relationship

There is a prodigious difference between true sacred intimate love and a domesticated love relationship with attachment and bondage. In true profound love, there is no attempt to control or manipulate another individual, no entanglement between the lover and beloved one. It is a sacred relationship dedicated to support each other’s growth on all levels and evolution on the spiritual path. We want only the very best and highest for the beloved. We do not harbor destructive, negative feelings. In true sacred love, we are able to let go, uniting on a very profound spiritual level. This love can transcend to Divine love, a sacred relationship.

In a sacred loving relationship, genuine love stems from a very deep spiritual, mystical and energetic connection. It is one of the most intimate and beautiful connections because the intimacy being created and experienced is far beyond the physical realm. It also touches all aspects of our beings: physical, emotional, mental, psychological, existential, spiritual and energetic levels. This profound love is not based on any conditions. The sacred loving relationship crosses all societal boundaries such as age, religious and spiritual traditions, socio-economic backgrounds and creeds. This profound love is Divine and mystical because it is born from our true state of being and longing for the ultimate truth.

For most couples their intimate love relationship is contractual and focuses more on the physical and on a “take away.” If you do something for me, I will give something back to you…and keep on loving you, always based on conscious or unconscious conditions. It is subtle. Yes, we all have some needs to fulfill in intimate relationship. Yet a sacred loving relationship will naturally and organically attend to these needs, though it is not a requirement. Sacred love relationships lie within the inner power of the dynamic between the lover and the beloved, allowing each to abandon themselves completely in the loving, surrendering spiritual process of their relationship and be transcended in all. The connection is so very powerful, profound, mystical and supreme it is as if their hearts beat as ONE. Their love will pervade no matter what and will overcome all obstacles, from passion to compassion ….from compassion to ultimate passion.

When two individuals, who are sincere seekers on the spiritual path, form and embark on a sacred loving relationship, detachment can be one its most precious qualities. In detachment there is total abandonment and surrender of self, interdependence, and devotion toward one another. There is no grasping, jealousy, lust, insecurity, or envy ..….only a grand sense of freedom to express the most beautiful and precious passionate and blissful expression of deep expanded love by embracing the beloved as well as all living beings and life. Detachment does not remove or create a distance or separation between the loving couple. To the contrary, detachment allows a greater depth of freedom, trust, intimacy, expansion of consciousness, inclusiveness, awareness, acceptance, interdependence, growth, evolution and intensity between them. There is nothing greater than a sacred loving relationship when one is longing to be in a loving intimate relationship.…another powerful gateway to the Divine, to the Creator…. to liberation. A sacred loving relationship is all about self-actualization, self-realization and liberation for the sake of well-being and happiness for all living beings.

Declaration of Full Sovereignty of My I Am Presence in This Embodiment

I call on my Higher Self to merge with me, guide me, and assist me in declaring, embodying, and enacting 100 percent sovereignty of my being in this and every now moment, in alignment with my I Am Presence and in accordance with my chosen purpose, goals, and intentions for this lifetime.

I call upon the elemental, angelic, ascended, cosmic, and ancestral realms to witness my declaration, to assist in upholding the integrity of its intention, and to cocreate with me in manifesting my highest potentials personally, in unity with the one, and in service to the Earth as we graduate to the next level of our evolution.

In declaring my full sovereignty and with the guidance of my Higher Self and I Am Presence, I assert autonomy over my physical and nonphysical embodiment, my energetic vibration, and all resulting emanations. I disallow any interference to distort or delay the fulfillment of my purpose in this lifetime—whether that interference be well-meaning, misguided, self-interested, or malevolent. This includes any and all overt and covert intentions, attempts, and actions to limit, separate, distract, manipulate, disempower, traumatize, dominate, control, or harvest any aspect or increment of my energy and consciousness.

I reject and eject any such interference, demanding that it cease and desist immediately and retroactively, including any trickery designed to countermand, usurp, or sidestep the intention of this declaration.

In making this declaration, I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for my being and actions. I continue to fervently request overt guidance and assistance from my Higher Self and I Am Presence, which I in no way consider to be interference. I commit to both hearing and enacting that guidance, and in turn to listening to and guiding the elemental consciousness that contributes to my personal collective consciousness this lifetime.

To the extent that I may be unable or unwilling to hear and enact the guidance of my Higher Self or I Am Presence, I request that the guidance continue to be given in various ways such that I can understand and act on it, and until I am able to understand and act on it.

In full sovereignty, I also request and accept additional energetic assistance of my guides; my soul, star, human, and ancestral families; the elemental, angelic, ascended, and cosmic realms; and any other sources, provided that it accords with this declaration and is in my highest good; in the highest good of Earth; and in accordance with my purpose, goals, and intentions for this lifetime.

I choose to heal all fear, trauma, and limitation standing in the way of my fulfilling my highest potential and purpose in this lifetime. I ask that my Higher Self and I Am Presence, in cocreation with the elemental, angelic, ascended, cosmic, and ancestral realms, assist me in healing, transmuting, and transcending all fear, limitation, separation, and amnesia preventing me from embodying my full, integrated sacred masculine and sacred feminine power, love, and wisdom.

I ask that my Higher Self and I Am Presence direct my healing such that I embody and offer the optimal vibration in any circumstance; that I manifest optimal health and wholeness in and through my physical, emotional, mental, and etheric bodies; that I fluidly evolve according to my path and purpose; that I awaken to and regain all the memories and gifts held in my causal body; that I function with energy, clarity, balance, effectiveness, and efficiency in the changing energetics of Earth; that I integrate the healing, its lessons, and its energy in the most beneficial way possible; and that all this unfolds at the most conducive, yet expeditious, pace possible.

I intend that in healing myself in this now moment, I heal other aspects of myself across time and space, as well as splintered aspects of other consciousness trapped in time who—through the domino effect—will gain the freedom to return to where they belong, to heal, and to contribute to the unity we seek to cocreate in order to graduate from this plane and take our next evolutionary steps.

I offer healing, compassion, and forgiveness wherever it is needed or wanted to free all aspects of consciousness, including my own, to allow all to return to its natural order in wholeness and unity.

And so it is.

The Meaning of Life Discovered Through the Lens of Duality

It’s happening; are you feeling this? The abundance of new harmonics and frequencies that are now changing us on a cellular level, are bringing up things for us each to lovingly clear, while simultaneously enabling us to grow in consciousness. It’s important to connect with the highest version of ourselves to receive this final activation.

It seems more abundantly clear than ever that the Meaning “of” Life is about finding the Meaning “in” Life.  This moment in humanity’s evolution is such an incredible opportunity to celebrate what’s sacred and discard the other things that we’ve been artificially programmed to prioritize – the things that have kept us in separation, locked in a litany of ego eccentric pursuits.

The things that give our lives true meaning and significance always seems to revolve around one central element.  Analytically, all logical paths circle back to sacred LOVE.  A pure singular LOVE that we are not used to seeing stare back at us.  This endless Love generates from our hearts and emanates out to others without expectation. Never concerned for self.

Stand confident that these are the last moments of this “grand duality experiment.”

It’s Sad to imagine that we’ve been tricked into thinking that we are powerless when we are actually ‘infinite possibility.’ We have long been conditioned to believe that we must negotiate endless dogma to experience our true essence. There seems to be more than a mounting consensus that we have always been directly connected to a “Divine Source” and it’s more than probable that this “Divine Source” is “LOVE.”

If we each are an expression of Divine Source then it would be reasonable that our multiple lifetimes have allowed Source to completely explore duality for a grand purpose.  And for that “free will” experiment everything here had to be perfectly designed.  If that’s true, then returning to LOVE must be the purpose of living and the trigger our soul requires to embrace our true essence.

For anyone that might be experiencing an expanding level of heart consciousness this is an opportunity to objectively observe, appreciate and celebrate the most intricate moments of Humanity’s Spiritual interconnectivity before we begin our rapid ascension to other dimensional consciousness.

All aspects of duality and polarity are crashing together like cement blocks causing their own self-destruction and through the dust of the rubble Love remains.

Everything of Love is being revealed, be sure to take time to acknowledge and thank these healing energies.

This spectacular moment in our history is also an homage to Humanity’s resilience and importance. Humanity will soon recognize the multitude of benevolent qualities that make us unique. Such honorable qualities as empathy, generosity, creativity, persistence, courtesy, and respect are what will allow us to become galactic humans. After all, we are each just genetic particles of conscious space dust (fun fact).

We are each a profound expression of Source, joyfully reuniting as our epic journey through “free will” is drawing to completion. This is the moment that has long been prophesized.

Anyone that deeply ponders the “meaning of life” will eventually conclude that life is… concentric to Love.  Love is the Source aspect in all of us. Love is everything. And the most robust way to experience Love is to mindfully “be” Love in each eternal moment of “Now.”

This is the ideal time to transform our third and forth dimensional existence as this dawn slowly reveals the new frontier that is emerging.

We may have emotional attachments that prevent our complete understanding of the “power” in this moment. Like the tear-filled eyes of a child observing the dismantling of the big-top circus tent, it’s time to reluctantly say goodbye to the “Big Show of Duality” and reunite with the cast of Unity Consciousness and Love.

And for those souls that are here to bear witness to this triumphant conclusion, you are being honored with premium front row seats. The reminder is to stay heart-centered in LOVE no matter how things may appear to be playing out.

It’s easy to imagine how humanity has reached a pivotal plot point on an artificially neurotic and chaotic timeline. Understand that we’ve now been given a spectacular opportunity to create a sacred sovereign timeline which holds Love as its highest resonating vibration. Love is the portal that reconnects us with Source, our soul families, our true human history and our star family.

As humanity faces full disclosure some could be on the receiving end of numerous jarring and surprising revelations. This is unavoidable if we are to arrive at the singular truth of ourselves and “Humanity.” The kindest of souls will continue to lovingly empathize and support the ones that struggle the most with this unpleasant reveal.

The most gentle and challenging approach to this new path of discovery will be contingent upon holding ourselves and others in pure Source Love.

Move forward with the confidence and courage that got you here; and find solace in the fact that love surrounds you. As you are tuning into the new harmonic frequencies and feeling the changes your body experiences as it goes through ascension…Open your heart and love your way through the greatest celebration mankind has ever seen.

YOU are LOVE, BE LOVE  – That is the meaning of LIFE!
